Interested in participating in the PIA-Study?
You, your loved one, or someone you care for may qualify for a pre-trial screening if you/they:
Have been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease.
Are over 18 and under 85 years of age.
Have a study partner (such as a spouse, partner, family member, friend or carer) who can take part in the study with them (they will help provide information on things like the participant’s medical history and insights into their daily living).
A study partner should be someone who has frequent contact with the person with Alzheimer’s disease and with whom the person feels comfortable with.
Are willing to commit to a 2 year trial that involves taking daily medication, attending a minimum of 14 study-related appointments, as well as participation in pre-trial screening and post-trial evaluations.
